Before your visit
Quick answers to help you prepare
01What do I wear to a visit?
Clothes you can move in. You stay dressed for the exam, and your doctor tells you first if anything needs to change.
02What do I bring to the first visit?
A list of your medicines, the names of your other doctors and your insurance cards, including Medicare if you have it.
03Which office should I choose?
We have offices in Draper and Sandy. The doctors, methods and fees are the same at both, and the front desk can tell you which has the time you want.
04Can someone come with me?
Yes. A family member or friend is welcome in the room for the whole visit.
