How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill Medicare and many other plans. What a plan pays for chiropractic differs from plan to plan, so we check yours first. Medicare covers only part of what happens at a visit, and the Medicare page says which part.

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your doctor tells you the fee for each part of your visit before it happens, and you pay at the visit. The front desk can give you our fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we can give you an itemized receipt. If your plan reimburses out-of-network care you can send it to them, and the plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
Our front desk checks your benefits before your first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. You can also call your plan and ask about chiropractic visits.
What the first visit includes
A first visit takes about an hour. Follow-up visits are shorter.

Treatment only if you agree
To cancel or change a visit, call us as early as you can. Ask the front desk about the practice's cancellation policy.
