How care works

Tri shows each movement once, slowly, and watches you try it. You can stop or ask for a different one at any time.

He writes your movements down so you can practice at home between visits if you like.

What Tri helps with

  • Seated exercises

Movements you can do in a chair.

  • Standing exercises

With a counter or rail for support.

  • Walking practice

Short, easy steps at your own pace.

  • A written sheet

    Your movements, on paper.
